Job Title: Highways Labourer / Dumper Operative
Location: Northwest England
Start Date: From 7th April (Approx. 5-6 Weeks Initially)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Highways Labourer / Dumper Operative to join our team on a short-term contract starting from 7th April. The role will involve supporting highway works across the Northwest, with an initial duration of 5-6 weeks and potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general highways labouring duties on site
Operate dumper machinery safely and efficiently
Assist with site setup, clearance, and material movement
Follow all health & safety guidelines and site procedures
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet project deadlinesRequirements:
Proven experience in highways or civil works
Valid dumper ticket/certification
Good understanding of site health & safety practices
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicWhat We Offer:
