Multi Trade Operative
Start Date: 7th April 2026
Duration: Ongoing rolling contract
Location: Oldham, OL9 (covering Manchester and surrounding areas)
Pay: £180 per day
A company van and fuel card will be provided for this role.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:30
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our client’s team, carrying out a range of reactive and planned maintenance works across residential properties. We are ideally looking for canddiates with carpentry and Plumbing bias, but skills of other trades will be benificial. All work must be completed to a high standard while following SHEQ requirements and company procedures.
YOU’LL NEED:

Relevant experience
-
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in either Carpentry or Plumbingr (desirable)

Full UK driving licence

Good knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation

Professional attitude and strong customer care skills

Reliability and punctuality

Proof of right to work in the UK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Completing reactive and planned Carpentry and Plumbing maintenance tasks on domestic properties

Ensuring first-time fix wherever possible

Working safely using appropriate PPE and equipment

Maintaining company van, tools, and materials

Liaising with tenants, clients, and office staff

Coordinating materials and completing job documentation accurately and on time
You’ll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet via CIS.
