Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer (Part-Time - Temporary)

Approx. 8:30am - 12:30pm, Monday-Thursday/Friday (flexible)
We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to support a busy care recruitment team based in Dunfermline.
This role involves speaking with candidates, screening applications, advertising vacancies, and providing general admin support to help recruit carers.
This would suit someone who is organised, confident speaking with people, and comfortable working in an administrative role.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting and screening candidates
Posting job adverts
Coordinating interviews and candidate availability
Updating recruitment systems and records
Providing general admin support
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong communication skills
Is organised with good admin skills
Is comfortable speaking to people over the phone
Can work independently in a busy environment
Previous administration, recruitment, or customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
