Based in Newton Abbot, our client a global market leader are looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to start immediately.
Duties:
- Responsible for providing support to customers on any matters relating to: In-house logistical delays, Parcel tracking and investigation of lost parcels & returns.
- You will use a variety of media (Social channels, phone and email) to make sure customers are given as prompt and as complete response as possible.
- Feedback any significant positive or negative comments from customers/yourself relating to products and services offered.
- By having a great telephone manner you will be polite and courteous when speaking to customers.
Skills
· Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
· Good geographical knowledge of the world
· Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software packages
· At least 2 years’ experience in similar role or customer facing role
· Or at least 12 months experience in a Junior Sales role
· English and Maths GCSE at level C or above
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others
· An enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service

· Great communicator – both verbally and in written form
