Basic Salary From £35k DOE + OTE up to £40k
Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm)

Proven experience in an automotive main dealer environment
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Full, valid driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points
Strong Technical knowledgeResponsibilities:
Assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel management and service department operations
Organising and optimising available resources to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.The salary for this position is £35,000 basic with a potential OTE of £40,000.
