The role - Learning Support Assistant
A friendly and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis. You will support students with a range of additional needs, including SEN, SEMH and literacy or numeracy gaps. Your responsibilities will include working closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials, delivering targeted interventions, supporting students within lessons, and promoting positive engagement and behaviour. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable and committed to supporting young people both academically and pastorally. Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
