The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our busy office team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative and accounts processes.
Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner

General administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management

Accurate data entry and maintaining internal systems

Supporting the credit control function, including chasing outstanding payments

Assisting with purchase ledger duties such as processing invoices and reconciling statements

Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments

Providing general office support as required
About You
-
Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within manufacturing desirable but not essential)

Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively

Experience with credit control and/or purchase ledger is advantageous
