Job Title: Inclusion Support Assistant

TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school that requires an Inclusion / Nurture Room Support Assistant to work with pupils who struggle in mainstream classes. This is a great role for someone passionate about SEMH and pastoral support.
As an Inclusion Assistant, you will:
Supervise a small nurture/inclusion room, supporting pupils removed from lessons.
Help students regulate, reflect and reintegrate back into class.
Support with behaviour plans and restorative conversations.
Liaise with pastoral staff, SENCO and teachers about pupil needs and progress.The ideal candidate will:
Have experience with SEMH, behaviour or youth work.
Be calm, patient and skilled at building trust with vulnerable pupils.
Be resilient and consistent, with a strong commitment to inclusion.How to Apply:
