Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected workspace centre, to recruit a front of house Workspace Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for all visitors and tenants.
This role centres on delivering a warm, polished reception service while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the building
Key Responsibilities for the Workspace Coordinator:

Meeting and greeting visitors, clients and tenants in a professional, welcoming manner.

Managing reception, handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Supporting tenants with day‑to‑day needs and ensuring a positive experience within the Centre.

Coordinating contractors, maintenance requests and general site presentation.

Carrying out light administrative duties including invoice processing and basic accounts support.

Conducting weekly fire drills
