Whether you already have admin experience or are looking for your first office role, you’ll learn important financial processes to manage the company’s outgoing payments.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, so you’ll always have your evenings and weekends free. And if you’re ideally looking for part time hours, reduced hours can be considered.

You’ll get to develop your IT skills and learn the new software that the business has recently implemented. Your training will be delivered to you by both your managers and colleagues.
The office is undergoing refurbishment, so you’ll be working in a newly renovated workspace with nice new facilities.
There’s free parking on-site and the office is within walking distance of the Whitnash and Warwick Gates areas, if you prefer to walk to work.
Working as part of a small team of just 5 people, it's a quiet office for you to concentrate on your work.
What you’ll be doing:

Processing invoices into the finance system

Processing expense invoices
-
Completing monthly supplier reconciliations

Dealing with supplier queries and updating their bank details

VAT checking
What you’ll need:

Confident communication skills – to professionally liaise with suppliers over the phone and via email.

Reasonable numeracy skills – you’ll be working with numbers all day.

Basic IT skills – you’ll be taught how to use the inhouse system and new software
