About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Training Administrator to join our team in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation, and working in a structured technical environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of technical training programmes, ensuring courses run smoothly and delegates receive an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule technical training courses

Manage training bookings, joining instructions, and attendance records

Maintain accurate training databases and certification records

Liaise with trainers, delegates, and internal departments

Prepare training materials and course documentation

Organise venues, equipment, and technical resources

Process invoices and manage training-related administration
About You
-
Previous experience in an administrative role (training/L&D environment desirable)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal database systems

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
