Traffic Management Operatives

We are currently seeking multiple qualified Traffic Management Operatives for ongoing works across various sites and locations.
Requirements:
Operatives must hold valid tickets, including (but not limited to)LANTRA
- TTMBC
- M1 / M2
- M3
- M4
- M5
- M6
- 12 AB
- IPV driver
- Foreman
As a minimum, a valid supervisory Street Works ticket(not lantra) is required to gain access to various sites.
Ideal Background & Experience:
- Previous experience working within the Traffic Management industry
- Experience in high-speed and urban environments
- Competent in setting up and operating 2-way and multiway traffic light systems
- Experience with integrated pedestrian systems
- Road closure implementation and management
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude also confidence to think on their feet.
- Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends, and peak hours
Job Details:
- Job durations range from 1 day to several weeks
- Multiple locations
- Shift patterns include:
- Peak hours: 07:00–09:30 and 16:00–19:00
- Full shifts: 12 hours (07:00–19:00)
- Night shifts
- Weekend work
Job Types Include:
- 2-way Stop & Go systems
- Multiway traffic lights with integrated pedestrian systems
- Road closures
- Additional traffic management duties as required
