Our Purpose
To support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Drafting and reviewing estate correspondence.
Setting up new estate files, including reviewing legal documents.
Carrying out insolvency checks, asset and will searches, and property valuations instructions.
Dealing with clients and third parties via multiple communication channels (telephone, email).
Handling incoming and outgoing post.
Encashing assets and paying debts on behalf of our estates.
Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Experience in dealing with financial or legal documentation.

Where You’ll Be Working
Hybrid following passing your probation including our office based at Spectrum House, Bond Street, Bristol, BS1 3LG.
