Description
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items.
Manage expense reports and ensure timely submission and approval processes.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Proven 3-5 years experience as an EA at an accounting firm.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
