Accounts Assistant – hybrid role

Brilliant opportunity for an Accounts Assistant at this well-respected Property Management company based in Victoria. They are looking for a good team player with excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Qube. You will be reporting into the Head of Finance and duties will include processing cheques, arranging refunds and returning unidentified receipts, processing inter-account bank transfers, processing Direct Debits, opening and closing accounts and arranging refunds to clients or transferring to new agents, posting client monies account, filing bank Statements on DocuWare, running daily Qube reports, daily reconciliations, monthly Trial CMS bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, setting up new properties/funds, filing bank statements, and any other duties as required to help with the smooth operations of the team. You should be at least an intermediate level on Excel and Word, Qube experience, be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, and be a natural problem solver! Previous experience in a residential block management or property environment is highly desirable
