Compliance Administrator
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, 1-hour lunch)

About the Company
We are a Bristol-based organisation providing umbrella company and limited company accountancy services to contractors across multiple sectors. Our Compliance Team plays a vital role in supporting both our sales and payroll departments and ensuring the business operates to the highest legal and regulatory standards.
We are now seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the team and work closely with the Compliance Manager and Director.
About the Role
This is a key position within the business, responsible for managing contracts, supporting clients, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring our processes remain compliant with legislative and industry requirements. You will handle sensitive information, so professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Arranging and managing contracts with clients
Maintaining and administering data across internal databases and systems
Providing customer service support via phone and email
Monitoring business compliance processes and implementing updates
Supporting employment law monitoring and ensuring changes are actioned
Processing customer and client data within CRM and payroll software
Reviewing contract terms and handling contract queries
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless data and process flow
Advising on legislation relating to temporary worker rights and contracting
Supporting legal and compliance activities including Data Protection, Anti‑Money Laundering, Employment Rights, and external audits (HMRC and Trade Bodies)

Keen interest in learning about employment law and complianceThe successful candidate will also complete relevant compliance and risk studies as part of their development.
