Monday–Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) with only one in four Saturdays.
If you work a Saturday, you get a full day off in lieu during the week.
Role Overview
This pivotal role supports the Lettings & Property Management department in maintaining high-quality residential standards. You will act as the heartbeat of the portfolio, ensuring seamless communication between landlords and tenants while strictly adhering to the latest UK housing legislation.
Maintenance Coordination: Log repairs, source contractor quotes, and oversee works to completion.
Compliance Management: Ensure all properties meet UK standards for Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, and Smoke/CO regulations.
Tenancy Support: Manage the lifecycle of a tenancy, from move-in paperwork and Right to Rent checks to deposit returns and renewals.
Communication: Serve as the professional first point of contact for tenant queries and provide regular, transparent updates to landlords.
Administration: Maintain digital records, manage utility notifications, and assist with property inspections.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a lettings or property environment is a bonus, but a background in fast-paced administration or customer service is essential.
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle for inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn property management software quickly.
A "solutions-focused" mindset, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a high level of personal discretion.
