MMP are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced Multi-Trade Operatives with their own van to work within the social housing sector in East London, covering both occupied and void properties.
You will be responsible for completing larger repair works, ensuring all tasks are carried out to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Rate: £24.50ph CIS
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: East London
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general repairs and maintenance to domestic properties
Undertake multi-skilled works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and damp & mould repairs
Complete void works, large projects, and full installations
Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain clear communication with tenants and supervisors
Requirements
Must have experience in domestic and maintenance works
Own van required (must be large enough to transport a bath)
Own tools essential
Must be willing to obtain a Basic DBS Check
Must be willing to obtain UKATA Asbestos Awareness certification
Driver's licence must be registered to current home address
