Our client is seeking a temporary admin professional to support attendance operations. The role involves managing a caseload, making phone calls and maintaining records to help ensure engagement and participation.
Responsibilities

Making outbound calls and handling inbound queries in a professional and supportive manner

Managing and updating internal system

Monitoring attendance data and flagging concerns where appropriate

Building positive working relationships to promote engagement

Supporting wider administrative tasks as required
Our client is looking for

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities

A friendly, professional, and confident approach when liaising with clients and colleagues
An enhanced DBS check is essential for this role
