What You'll Do:
As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth mailroom operations, including:
Receiving, unloading, and distributing incoming and outgoing deliveries
Managing both outgoing and incoming post with precision
Preparing mail and files for digital scanning
Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
Receiving inbound couriers and coordinating outbound deliveries
Supporting your colleagues to achieve exceptional results for clients
Undertaking additional duties as requested by management
Performing administrative tasks as necessary
