Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
17.5 Hours per Week – Morning Sessions
Fixed Term – Until the End of the Academic Year
Gold Education Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and supportive school in sourcing a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the remainder of this academic year.

The Role

17.5 hours per week (predominantly mornings)

Providing additional classroom support

Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress

Working closely with teaching staff to enhance learning outcomes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience delivering interventions
-
Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
-
A background in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support (desirable)

A patient, adaptable and positive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
