The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for two Assistant Site Managers to join a major student accommodation development in Wembley. This is a large-scale, multi-unit scheme offering an excellent opportunity for ambitious, up-and-coming construction professionals looking to progress their careers on a high-profile project.
This role would suit driven individuals with strong main contractor experience, particularly those who have worked within structured environments such as Bouygues or similar Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager in day-to-day site operations

Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Monitor quality control and manage snagging processes

Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations

Coordinate trades and manage programme sequencing

Assist with inspections, reporting, and client liaison where required

Maintain accurate site records and progress updates
Requirements

Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on residential or mixed-use schemes

Exposure to RC frame, groundworks, and/or large-scale residential projects preferred

Strong understanding of site processes and programme management

SMSTS or SSSTS

CSCS (Black or White card preferred)

First Aid (desirable)
