The role:

Support and manage legal innovation projects from scoping to completion.

Assist with project management, testing, and evaluation of new tools and initiatives.

Act as a subject matter expert for key legal tech tools, providing guidance on use cases and best practices.

Help develop user-friendly guides, training materials, and deliver training sessions.

Track usage data, gather feedback, and support the rollout of legal tech tools and pilot programmes.

Assist with process efficiency initiatives, including preparing documentation, process maps, and toolkits.

Attend project meetings and contribute to the design and implementation of improved workflows.

Promote Smarter Working across the firm, encouraging adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Generate ideas for continuous improvement and innovation, helping to shape the firm’s future.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:

Is a law graduate or legal paralegal with experience in a law firm.

Has a strong interest in legal technology, AI, and emerging tools to improve legal practice.

Brings a proactive, “can-do” attitude to problem-solving and process improvement.

Has excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to work.

Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
