Personal Assistant to UK & Europe Regional Directors (Hybrid)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to act as a strategic partner to our UK and Europe Regional Directors. You will play a critical role in protecting leadership time, driving priorities forward, and ensuring seamless regional operations across multiple countries and time zones.
This role blends top‑tier executive support, governance coordination, digital and data fluency, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
It is imperative that you have at least 5 years’ experience as a PA with top‑tier executive support. You can be based either close to the Manchester office or the London office, and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week and two days from home.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Leadership Partnership

Manage complex, fast‑moving diaries and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact, ensuring leaders stay focused on priorities.

Prepare briefs, meeting packs and pre‑reads; take accurate minutes and track actions to completion.

Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries and risk assessments.

Organise leadership meals, events and monthly expenses.

Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with the Regional Directors.

Governance & Regional Cadence
-
Lead preparation of UK & Europe Board meeting agendas, minutes and action logs.

Manage Teams Planners and ensure actions progress.

Coordinate Quarterly Europe Board Meetings and documentation

Digital Operations & Data
-
Maintain and optimise digital workflows using Microsoft 365.
-
Oversee D365 debt reporting and weekly debt‑chase communications.

Support timesheet protocols and reporting.

Manage Clear Review cycles and LinkedIn activity for the Regional Director.

Regional Communications & Stakeholder Management

Projects & Continuous Improvement

Support business development, operational projects and change initiatives.

Identify workflow improvements and help implement new systems

Contribute to Succession Planning and the 2030 Strategy.

Support and promote the One RLB Vision and Culture.

Familiarity with D365 and LinkedIn (advantageous).

Working Pattern
Full‑time hybrid; some early/late European‑time calls and occasional UK & Europe travel.
