Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:15
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, well-established operation in Westbury. This is a practical, people-focused role where you will lead from the front, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while remaining actively involved on the warehouse floor. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys motivating a small team, improving processes, and taking ownership of warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and motivate a small warehouse team
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and assist operationally where required
Manage stock control, booking-in, order picking, packing, and despatch
Accurately pick and pack smaller quantity orders
Maintain ERP and WMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Plan and coordinate despatches efficiently
Generate reports to support management decision-making
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standardsThe Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
Strong ERP and WMS system experience
Hands-on, proactive approach with the willingness to get involved
Experience picking and packing smaller quantities with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
Forklift Counterbalance licence
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
