SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming team in Romford. This role is to work in a special school. Based in Romford, the position offers the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs such as ASD, Learning Difficulties & PMLD.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties and disabilities. This is to work in a special school that provides tailored education and training to ensure every child achieves their full potential. You will assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.

You should be a team player, able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, and remain calm under pressure. A background or strong interest in education would be advantageous.
