As a Production Operative, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the production line. Your key responsibilities will include:
Setting up and controlling the production programme
Executing necessary checks on production parameters
Monitoring operations and acting on any deviations
Conducting quality checks and contributing to production assessments
Collaborating with maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance
Advising manufacturing staff on processes
Please note: this role requires standing for extended periods
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential-full training will be provided
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing production needs
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Familiarity with production processes
Experience in quality control procedures
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
