Role:
You will play a pivotal role in the support of the live service encompassing Oracle Fusion applications
Oversee the transition to go-live, oversee and agree the acceptance into service process
Lead on the service operating model creation, leading a team of onshore and offshore resources
Manage service reporting requirements and ITIL process adherence
Ensure the successful delivery of the client managed service

Stakeholder Management
Governance and Service Reporting
Risk Management and Issue/ Problem Resolution
Essential Technical Skills
Strong experience as an Oracle Service Delivery Manager
Proven experience managing live large-scale Oracle (Fusion) implementations
Public sector / NHS or similarly complex regulated environments
Strong understanding of Release Management, Change Management, Environment Management, Configuration and Cost Management
Must have led a large service team in a complex public sector engagement
