We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to work in residential and nursing care homes, supporting residents with high-quality, person-centred care.
Role Responsibilities

Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities

Supporting mobility, transfers, and repositioning

Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutrition

Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
-
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition

Maintaining accurate documentation and care records

Working in line with care plans, policies, and procedures
Requirements
-
Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant (required)
-
A caring, professional, and reliable approach
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Right to work in the UK
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)
