Position: Administrator
Contract Type: Temp ongoing with the opportunity for perm employment
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4.30pm
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Managing correspondence and communication, both internal and external.
Being the first point of contact
Answering and directing calls
Organising and maintaining filing systems and databases.
Supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed.What We're Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and good customer service!
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
