As part of this momentum, a brand‑new Data Input Administrator position has been created to strengthen the team and support increasing workload across product data, retail portals and the wider supply chain function.

What You'll Be Doing
Initially sitting within the Supply Chain team (with a likely long‑term transition into Quality Control), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product data is accurate, compliant and consistently maintained across multiple systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- High‑volume data input: capturing, loading and uploading product information into internal systems and retailer portals.
- Managing product updates across major UK retail portals - including artwork, pack changes, dimensions, ingredients and legal documentation.
- Supporting the NPD cycle by uploading approved product information and ensuring all data is correct and up to date.
- Working closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain data accuracy and support smooth product launches.
- Using SAP and various retail portal platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced, product‑led environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach.
- Proven accuracy in data entry and data management.
- Familiarity with SAP and multiple retailer portals is highly desirable.
- Someone who enjoys structure, precision and being the go‑to person for data accuracy.
