About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO during a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is confident managing priorities while building strong relationships across the organisation.
You'll be at the heart of the CEO Office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day - from diary management and meetings, to travel coordination and executive communications.
What You'll Be Doing
Executive Support & Diary Management
Managing the CEO's busy diary and scheduling meetings effectively
Coordinating appointments, ensuring accurate contact information is maintained
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Managing and prioritising inbox communications with professionalism and discretionMeetings, Events & Logistics
Organising meetings, conferences and appointments with senior leaders and external partners
Preparing and distributing meeting packs in advance
Taking accurate minutes, tracking action points and following up where needed
Arranging meeting rooms, refreshments and all required logisticsTravel & Accommodation
Organising business travel, including flights, hotels, transport and parking
Supporting visa arrangements and travel bookings for visitors where requiredAdministrative & Office Support
Raising purchase orders, payment requests and stationery orders
Maintaining organised filing systems and confidential documentation
Welcoming visitors and handling telephone enquiries
Supporting wider CEO Office activities, including project tracking and event coordinationReporting & Communication
Assisting with preparation of presentations, reports and management information
Supporting reporting on performance metrics and key organisational data
Liaising with travel agents, suppliers and service providersWhat We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
You'll ideally have:
A degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Previous experience supporting senior leaders (desirable but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and organisational ability with great attention to detail
The confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
