Job Responsibilities
Assemble and pack components accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
Handle small parts with fine dexterity, maintaining attention to detail during assembly processes.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Participate in training sessions to develop manufacturing skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Adhere to shift schedules, including working days and flexible shift hours as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Good manual dexterity and steady hands for precise assembly work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including days and mornings, with the ability to adapt as needed.
No forklift licence required
