Service Delivery Manager - HR
Birmingham - Hybrid (2-3 days a week)
£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus
Our client, a global leader in consumer services, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of all HR applications.
You'll take ownership of service delivery, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of platforms. You'll also work closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders, helping to mature service processes and establish best practices across a growing environment.
We're looking to speak with candidate who possess:
- Proven experience managing Service Delivery for HR platforms
- Experience creating and implementing service processes in developing or immature environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience leading offshore teams
