NXA are delighted to be partnering with an independent retailer looking to make a key hire of a Warehouse Manager to lead their operational launch/growth into ecommerce.
The successful candidate will be well versed in operational ecommerce warehousing with a particular skillset around layout and process flow design
What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations in a team of 30

Managing stock control and system accuracy

Handling inbound/outbound logistics and space management

Leading and supporting warehouse, production and QC teams across the business

Working closely with logistics partners and customers

Working closely with senior leadership across the business on process improvement

Making sure health & safety standards are met consistently
About You

Experienced warehouse manager and confident team leader

Understanding of ecommerce warehousing operations

Highly organised, detail-focused and good with systems
-
Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment and utilising team specialities
-
Open & clear communication style
-
Forklift licence (preferred)
