V7 are working with a close client who are currently seeking a Customer Transformation Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.
The client are a Utilities Consultancy who due to exponential growth are looking for someone to come onboard long-term who can grow and develop with the business.
On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus unique company benefits.
Key duties:
Strong ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours and translate these into tangible service improvements.
Confidence challenging solutions that “work on paper” but don’t work for customers in practice.
Experience using customer insight (qualitative and quantitative) to inform change decisions.
Able to benchmark customer journeys and service performance against comparable organisations or sectors, using insight to inform practical improvements rather than generic solutions.
Practical experience mapping and improving complex business processes across multiple stakeholders.
Able to support delivery activities
