Operating multiple large-scale sites across the UK and internationally, it manages sizeable, operational workforces where payroll is a key component of overall business performance.
The payroll function supports around 8,000 employees across various pay cycles and forms a central part of the organisation’s wider people operations.
Key responsibilities

Supporting end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay frequencies

Processing starters, leavers and contractual changes

Handling statutory payments and deductions

Responding to payroll queries from employees and managers

Ensuring payroll data accuracy and compliance

Assisting with system transition to ResourceLink

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within payroll
About you

Approximately 1+ year payroll experience

Passionate about building a long-term career in payroll

Eager to learn new systems

Comfortable working in a changing and evolving environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
