Product Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Administrator to support our busy Product team. In this varied, office-based role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of daily operations and play an important part in keeping our products moving efficiently through the business. Jewellery experience is ideal - especially knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals - but strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail are equally valued
Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Product team

Raise supplier orders and monitor their progress

Assist with customer queries via Teams, email and telephone

Enter and manage data with a high level of accuracy

Check, input and analyse supplier invoices

Liaise with internal teams and external workshop partners to keep work progressing smoothly
About You

Previous administrative experience
-
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Self‑motivated, reliable and eager to make a positive impact

Confident user of Excel (essential), Word, and ideally bespoke inventory systems
