Compliance Administrator
Portsmouth
£275 per day (umbrella rate)
Full-time (Standard Working Week)
We are seeking an organised and proactive Compliance Administrator to support the effective delivery of compliance services through high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain monthly contract meeting minutes, KPI trackers and action logs across compliance disciplines
Act as a key user and champion of the compliance management system, including uploading legacy certification and supporting Tier 2 disciplines
Provide compliance reporting information to stakeholders
Support the Compliance Manager and Contract Leads with ad hoc administrative duties
Ensure compliance data is accurately recorded, stored and maintained
About You:
Strong administrative background within a compliance or regulated environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and data management systems
Able to manage multiple priorities and support senior stakeholders effectively
