We’re looking for a confident and organised Contracts Administrator with Mechanical Experience to join our growing team at our head office in Tower Hamlets.Key Responsibilities
Allocate jobs to engineers using our in‑house system
Process orders and maintain accurate job records
Provide general admin support to management
Keep paperwork up to date in line with company SLAs
General office duties as requiredDesirable Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail
