We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading local business in Ipswich who are looking to appoint an Administration Supervisor.
You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration teams operations and supporting individual and team performance. The team will be responsible for managing the customers onboarding process, which requires liaising with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring all new and exciting customer applications remain on track.
Key Duties:

Manage the team’s day to day workload within agreed KPI’s.

Provide training and guidance to the Sales Office Administration team, encouraging individual and team development.

Liaise with other supervisors and management to ensure a consistent approach within the department.

Ensure the team adheres to company policy and procedures at all times.

Point of contact for new customers.

Responsible for pre-qualification questionnaires, manage customer queries in relation to this.

Track the approval process to meet deadlines and manage all communications.

Complete daily invoicing and credit notes.

Assist in business plans and team projects.
Skills & Experience:

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Excellent administrative experience.
-
Excellent organisational skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.

A good level of computer literacy.
