Small logistics company are looking for an organised, detail-loving Transport Administrator to keep our wheels turning and our paperwork (mostly) under control.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping transport operations running smoothly — from scheduling jobs and chasing PODs to preparing CMRs for international loads — while also helping out with the finance side of things (yes, spreadsheets are involved).
What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating deliveries and collections

Preparing and managing CMR documentation

Keeping driver, vehicle, and job records accurate

Processing wages (timesheets don’t check themselves)

Assisting with VAT runs

Completing bank reconciliations
-
Handling invoices and general admin support
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in transport/logistics admin

Confidence with CMRs and freight paperwork

Some accounts knowledge (wages, VAT, bank recs)

Good with Excel and not afraid of numbers

Organised, reliable, and able to juggle tasks without dropping the ball
