Our client has fantastic opportunities for a Skilled Assembly Operatives working a fixed day shift. Salary increases and progression opportunities available once trained. This is a great opportunity for a company that reward and invest in their team. This is a hands-on product assembly role, not machine-operating or warehouse work.

You will be:

Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and finished machines at a bench or defined assembly station

Build products from start to finish or through defined build stages, following drawings and work instructions

Carry out sub-assembly and light fabrication using jigs, drills, rivet guns, torque tools, and compressed air tools

Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and consistency standards are met

Pack and label finished products for despatch

Pick parts and materials required for assembly

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
Essential Experience
You must have:
-
Previous experience in a product assembly role within a manufacturing environment

Experience assembling mechanical or electro-mechanical products
-
Experience working at a bench or assembly station (not machine-setting, press work, or warehouse roles)

Experience following build sheets, drawings, or written work instructions

Confidence using assembly tools such as drills, rivet guns, torque tools, and air tools
