I am working with a contractor who due to growth are looking to source an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands residential team.
Duties will include:
📈 Tender enquiries
📈 Appointment of sub-contractors, preparation of sub-contract orders
📈 Approving pricing & variations
📈 Sub- contract payments
Previous experience in the UK construction/residential market is essential.
