Production Operative – Assembly & Machine Operating
£12.75 per hour rising to £13.55 (within 3 months)
40 hours per week + overtime available
Linklife are delighted to once again be representing a leading manufacturer in their field. Due to continued growth, acquisitions, and team expansion, they are now looking to add a proactive and adaptable individual to their team.
We are seeking an industrious, self-motivated person who can work independently, think on their feet, and adapt confidently to changing priorities without becoming flustered. This is a varied, hands-on role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role:

A mix of manual assembly and machine operation

Prioritising urgent tasks and responding effectively to changing demands

Learning to operate new machinery and equipment

Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
