We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a small, friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of warehouse work and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
This role is starting on an immediate basis. Due to the location, you will be required to have your own transport, as no public transport operates near site.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, Packing & Dispatch
Accurately picking items according to order lists
Packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
Ensuring all outgoing goods meet quality and packaging standards
Working efficiently to complete daily order requirementsStock Handling & Organisation
Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
Unloading goods and moving items to correct stock locations
Updating stock areas and maintaining correct product placement
Rotating stock when needed and identifying damaged itemsForklift Operation (Occasional)
Operating a counterbalance forklift when required
Assisting with pallet movements, unloading deliveries, and relocating bulk items
Carrying out safety checks and following forklift safety guidelines What You'll Need
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
Strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Ability to work well within a small team
