This role is with a well-known manufacturing company supplying products to the beauty retail and pharmaceutical sectors. The business is innovative and focused on developing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage existing and new business accounts to increase sales revenue and profitability

Develop new business through product extensions and product development

Focus on existing accounts and generate new business by actively managing intelligence and information
-
Proactively manage internal sales activities to target profitable accounts
-
Increase customer awareness of our full portfolio, supporting sales diversification across new services and products

Work collaboratively with the Customer Management team to maintain visibility of projects and new product development

Provide the Manager with information on new business opportunities across market sectors

Handle customer complaints professionally
you will need

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
-
Experience in a sales role, including contacting potential new clients
-
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be accountable for actions

Highly motivated, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
