Location: Winnersh, Reading - Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 9am-6pm, 5‑day rota including weekends
Contract: Immediate start - ends 31st March 2026
About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Service Agents to join a hybrid working team supporting one of the UK’s top online car marketplace brands. In this role, you’ll handle customer enquiries via email and web chat, guiding customers through the process of selling their car and ensuring they receive a smooth, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer interactions via email and web chat
Providing clear and accurate information throughout the vehicle‑selling journey
Maintaining a high standard of customer care
Collaborating with colleagues during office days to support team performanceWhat You’ll Need:
Proven customer service experience (phones, chat, email or contact centre)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment
Immediate availability to start
No planned holidays or commitments before 31st March 2026
