We are recruiting for a brand-new Internal Sales/Office Admin position based on the East side of Glasgow. This is an immediate opportunity to join a friendly, professional team in a varied and hands-on role.
This is a dual position combining some outbound B2B sales activity, existing customer account management along with day-to-day sales administration and office support.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing and developing relationships with existing customers

Proactively contacting new B2B prospects and following up leads

Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email

Processing orders and issuing quotations

Creating delivery notes and sales invoices (SAP Business One)

Booking couriers and organising shipments

Supporting the wider sales team and general office administration
What we are looking for:

Confident communicator — comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls

Strong organisational skills and ability to use your own initiative

Good IT skills (Word & Excel essential)

High attention to detail with solid literacy and numeracy skills

Experience with SAP Business One would be an advantage (but not essential)
