As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include…

Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier services, including confidential documents

Acting as the main contact for building management, contractors and suppliers

Overseeing office access and visitor management, ensuring security procedures are followed

Processing invoices, expenses and help monitor office spend, manage office supplies and equipment

Handling reception duties, calls, meeting room bookings and general enquiries

Helping organise office events, celebrations and engagement activities
We are looking for an Office Assistant with the following skills and experience…

A background in a professional office environment, e.g. legal, finance, corporate

Experience in office management, facilities, administration, workplace coordination or reception

Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, visitors and suppliers

Experience handling invoices, budgets or purchasing is a plus

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once

Outstanding administration skills with strong accuracy and attention detail
In return, the successful Office Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
